What We Offer

You will be offered a key role with significant responsibility and autonomy, where you will lead electricity projects from start to finish. The role offers the opportunity to follow projects all the way from calculation and planning to implementation, follow-up, and completion. You will become a central part of the project delivery and work closely with experienced colleagues, contractors, and other internal functions. Offices are located in Sundsvall, Hudiksvall, Örnsköldsvik, Östersund, Umeå, and Luleå.

The Role

As a Project Manager within electricity distribution, you are responsible for the entire project process – from calculation and planning to implementation, follow-up, and completion. You lead projects with a focus on safety, quality, economics, and schedule, working closely with customers, contractors, and internal resources.

In this role, you lead and coordinate electricity projects within the power grid, responsible for technology, economics, and schedule, while ensuring that the work is carried out according to current regulations, ESA, and electricity safety requirements. You review technical documentation and design, follow up on projects, manage contracts, and work with calculations, tenders, material purchases, and cost tracking.

The position is a full-time role starting as agreed. Probation period may apply, and background checks are part of the recruitment process. Selection is ongoing.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who have experience in project management within electricity distribution or related technical operations and who thrive with taking responsibility. You are structured, communicative, and driven by getting projects to completion with good quality and control.

You have a technical education in electricity or energy at the upper secondary or post-secondary level, as well as a good understanding of economics, budgeting, and project follow-up. You have knowledge of contract law according to AB 04 and ABT 06, good skills in Swedish and English, good computer skills, and a valid driver's license (Category B). Knowledge of electricity distribution and local power grids is a requirement. Certified project management training is an advantage.
