About Us

Welcome to Närhälsan Furulund and Öjersjö Health Centre! We are now jointly looking for a psychologist who wants to work with us.

Närhälsan Furulund Health Centre is a popular and family-oriented clinic with approximately 4,000 registered patients, located two kilometers south of Partille centre. It takes about 30 minutes by bus from central Gothenburg to get here. We are close to our residents and patients in Furulund and the surrounding area, where the health centre is located, is a popular residential area, close to nature and several lakes.

Närhälsan Öjersjö Health Centre opened in December 2023 in completely new premises and is one of Närhälsan's "digiphysical" health centres. The health centre is located in a new residential area, Gökegård in Öjersjö, an attractive part of Partille with good connections to Gothenburg and nearby towns. We work largely digitally with e-services such as video visits, self-check-in, self-monitoring, iCBT, 1177, as well as a chat function and online triage. If necessary, we also offer physical visits.

About the Job

Your main tasks consist of assessing and treating mental and behavioral-related ill health based on the primary care mandate. The focus is on preventive and early interventions, based on common reasons for seeking care at a health centre. You work based on the needs of the registered population with digital care meetings, internet and group therapy, as well as physical individual visits.

We work based on primary care-oriented methods, where the work includes high accessibility, stepwise/stratified care, and collaboration with other professions and care partners. It is important that you have an interest in working in a primary care-oriented way, which means prioritizing high accessibility for all residents with mental and behavioral-related ill health. Interventions range from psychoeducation and advice on self-care, to guided treatment with literature or internet therapy, to group therapy or individual treatment interventions. To meet the needs of the entire patient population, there is a need for the ability to vary the method and scope of treatment interventions.

You and your colleagues are responsible together with the manager for the development of the health centres in a continuous improvement process. Supervision of psychology candidates or PTP-psychologists may be relevant.

About You

You are a licensed psychologist with CBT Step 1 competence, although other orientations can certainly be relevant. It is meritorious if you have experience from the following:

• Work as a psychologist at the primary care level
• Stepwise/stratified care
• Internet-based psychological treatment
• Group therapy

We are looking for you who are sensitive and accommodating, with good communication skills and the ability to identify individuals' unique needs. Through initiative and active engagement, you want to participate in the development of the operations and contribute as a consultative resource in the daily cross-professional collaboration at the health centre.

The position will be distributed between Närhälsan Furulund and Öjersjö Health Centre with an employment rate of 80%.

Travel in the service occurs. A driver's license is desirable but not a requirement.

About the Recruitment Process

Selection takes place in two steps. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department who call current candidates to a telephone interview. Thereafter, the recruiting manager makes a second selection of the applicants and invites them to an interview at the health centre.
