We are looking for a Digital Project Management Coordinator for an authority within the transport sector.

This is a consultancy assignment. The location is Stockholm.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The role of Digital Project Management Coordinator involves leading, coordinating, and developing the project's digital working methods within information management, BIM, GIS, data, security protection, and digital development. The role has overall responsibility for information process management and coordinated process control to ensure structured, efficient, and uniform handling of the project's information flows and deliverables. The assignment also includes leading the digital coordination function as well as supporting and developing underlying specialist roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the project's digital working methods and information processes
• Ensure structure and strategies for project portals
• Lead, support, and monitor resources within the digital coordination function
• Responsible for information process management, process control, and coordinated delivery management
• Ensure quality, traceability, and structure within data, BIM, and GIS management
• Collaborate with project management, technical areas, and external suppliers
• Ensure compliance with requirements within information security and security protection
• Ensure compliance with digital requirements, including ISO-related quality requirements
• Responsible for strategies and coordination of handover processes within the project
• Plan, conduct, and follow up on coordination meetings regarding digital issues
• Support the application of digital working methods and tools within the project organization
• Create and maintain governing documents for BIM and information management
• Establish, structure, and maintain information environments in project portals, e.g., Avima
• Lead and coordinate information flows and coordinate deliverables between disciplines
• Follow up and quality-assure digital deliverables according to established requirements
• Support and guide specialist roles in their daily work and ensure uniform working methods
• Participate in procurement and requirement setting for digital deliverables and information management

Requirements (OBS, mandatory)

• University degree in engineering, university college degree in engineering, or qualified university college degree in engineering within technology, construction, or infrastructure.
• Experience in data-driven business development where the consultant has had a leading role for at least three resources in at least two (2) infrastructure or civil engineering projects, with a project budget over 500 million SEK.
• You must have experience with digital change processes and the introduction of new working methods, as well as coordinating work between different business areas. Digital change process refers to the introduction or development of digital working methods, systems, or information models where the consultant has had a leading or coordinating role.
• Work experience from at least two (2) projects within either construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure with a project turnover over 200 million SEK - where the consultant has been responsible for BIM-, GIS-, or data-driven information management. Responsibility means that the consultant has had a role where the person has led, coordinated, or quality-assured deliverables within BIM, GIS, or data-driven information management.
• Work experience of leading a work group (coordinating at least three other resources in planning and follow-up).
• You must have experience leading or coordinating digital transformation in projects where there are requirements for digital management, for example, the introduction or compliance with digital management methods, information models, or structured data deliveries to management.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

Merits

• Have been responsible in an organization or project for information processes, process management, and delivery management regarding data-driven information-based models within management, BIM, and GIS.
• Experience of working in a coordinating role according to established project models such as PMI, XLPM, or equivalent, with a supplier or public purchaser.
• Experience of having worked and implemented working methodology according to "ISO 19650 Organization and digitalization of information for the built environment, including building information modelling (BIM) – Information management using building information modelling.
