As a Supply Chain Planner, you play a central role in our supply chain organization, responsible for ensuring balance between demand and capacity. You are responsible for planning within your area and serve as a key link between customers, business units, and production.
You are also a key person in developing and improving our planning processes, focusing on efficiency, quality, and delivery security. The role involves many interfaces where you collaborate closely with production, purchasing, logistics, business areas, and customers in an international environment.
In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for planning and ensure high quality in forecasts
- Act as an escalation point for customers and suppliers, handling deviations and risks
- Convert forecasts into capacity and production requirements, ensuring short- and long-term planning
- Drive and develop the SIOP process
- Identify risks and drive improvement and development activities within supply chain
- Contribute to the efficient phase-in and phase-out of products and handle related customer and supplier issues
- Work in and develop planning tools, ensure correct master data, and meet customers' logistics requirements
- Participate in customer and supplier dialogues and audits, contributing to the development and implementation of processes, standards, and working methods
Qualifications

You are analytical and solution-oriented, with good ability to work with data and translate insights into concrete actions. You have a holistic perspective and collaborate effectively across different functions in the organization.
Furthermore, you are communicative and proactive, with a structured work style. You easily build relationships and create good collaboration with both colleagues and external parties.
To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:
- A degree from university or college in logistics/supply chain or equivalent relevant work experience
- Some years of experience in planning, supply chain, or logistics, with experience working independently and driving own areas of responsibility
- Experience working in ERP systems
- Very good knowledge of Excel and MS Office
- Experience from manufacturing operations
- Knowledge of LEAN and process improvement in industrial operations with serial production
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience from the automotive or electronics industry
- Experience with SAP
