About the Unit

The Eating Disorders Unit Dalarna is a county-wide outpatient clinic within Outpatient Psychiatry in Dalarna, offering care and treatment to adults with eating disorders. The unit is centrally located in Falun. We work in a cross-professional team with diverse expertise to help patients in the best possible way. We aim to provide high-quality eating disorder care and high accessibility. We place great emphasis on good treatment and designing care according to the patient's needs. Treatment interventions can be offered individually or in groups. In addition to providing treatment, support, and help to individuals affected by eating disorders, we also offer support to relatives, as well as knowledge and information to those who encounter patients with eating disorders in their work. To create accessible care that catches and supports affected individuals at an early stage, we offer a Drop-In service. The Eating Disorders Unit is a knowledge center for eating disorders in Dalarna, focusing on knowledge development, method development, evaluation, and collaboration. Supervision and training are ongoing.

Responsibilities

Professional practice within your own field. You will work as a psychologist and meet patients for assessment and in treatment work, individually, but it can also be in groups.

Qualifications

• We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist.

Meritorious experience includes:

• Experience working in psychiatry and/or eating disorder care.

You should have good collaboration skills and collaborate with other professions, both internally and externally. Interest in knowledge and method development is preferred.
