About the role

As a Team Leader within our organization, you are a key player in the company's continued growth. You lead the daily operations at the office, both in line management and projects, create structure and drive results — and report directly to the company's management.

Your main responsibilities

• Lead the team members in their daily work
• Plan and distribute tasks to ensure efficiency and goal achievement
• Monitor the team's work and support team members in continuously moving towards their goals

We are looking for someone who

• Has an academic degree and can demonstrate good grades from both upper secondary school and university
• Has a few years of professional experience with concrete results
• Has experience leading others — formally or informally
• Is structured, takes initiative, and is motivated by achieving goals
• Communicates clearly and naturally builds trust
• Can work on-site at our office in Nacka
