You will join a manufacturing engineering environment focused on developing and implementing equipment solutions for next-generation powertrain products. The role sits close to both engineering and production, where you help turn project goals into robust equipment and process solutions for product changes, capacity needs, and other technical initiatives.

In this position, you work across a complex industrial setup with many stakeholders. You collaborate with engineering teams, production, and external suppliers to make sure equipment and processes are developed, installed, and aligned with project targets. • You drive the development and implementation of equipment solutions for product projects, running changes, capacity projects, and non-product projects.
• You lead or coordinate sub-project activities and help secure progress toward agreed technical and project targets.
• You work closely with engineering, production, and external suppliers to define, develop, install, and improve processes and equipment.
• You take an active role in problem solving and task force work when technical or production-related challenges arise.
• You help ensure that equipment solutions support high expectations on performance, quality, and delivery.
• You contribute to building effective collaboration across internal and external stakeholder groups.

• Experience working as an Equipment Engineer, Project Leader, or Sub Project Leader in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience developing and implementing equipment solutions for product projects, running changes, capacity projects, and non-product projects.
• Ability to lead a team in developing and installing processes.
• Experience in problem solving and task force work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience in safety analysis.
• Experience in reliability analysis.
• Experience in cost analysis.
