At Asta Agency, we collaborate with a technical company and are currently looking for a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team, starting this autumn.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a team of approximately 8 people, focusing on providing service to Norwegian customers in Sweden. The role involves handling customer cases related to orders, deliveries, and product information for the Norwegian market. This means ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional and solution-oriented service, as well as acting as backup for other Nordic countries when needed. You will receive and resolve incoming cases via phone and email. The role also includes following up on cases and contributing improvement suggestions that enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling order placement, order follow-up, price inquiries, delivery inquiries, and master data.
• Answering questions about products, orders, and logistics.
• Performing cargo searches and tracking packages.
• Handling complaints, replacement goods, and credits.

We are looking for someone who puts the customer first and is eager to develop together with the team. You are attentive to customer needs and easily adapt your approach to different types of customers, while clearly and pedagogically guiding them in the right direction.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, inside sales, order management, or logistics.
• Experience from a similar industry, or a corresponding technical interest.
• Good system proficiency in ERP, order management systems, CRM, Microsoft Business Central, and Excel.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.

• Start: According to agreement.
• Location: Upplands Väsby.
• Scope: Full-time.
• Salary: According to agreement.
