Your new workplace

Now is your chance to join the launch of a Reinforcement Team within Support and Care for Day Activity Centers. This autumn, we will increase our core staffing with three permanent employees in a Reinforcement Team. The team's goal is to cover absences, both short-term and long-term.

How you contribute as a Support Assistant

As a Support Assistant in the Reinforcement Team, you will work together with your colleagues at the current workplace. Your aim is to meet the care recipients' specific needs for support in daily life, with a focus on participation, influence, and self-determination. We strive to create good quality of life and self-realization for our care recipients in accordance with current legislation.

The Reinforcement Team will not hold certain ombudsman roles or act as contact persons. However, you will naturally have access to Annual Performance and Salary Reviews (APTR), development talks, and supervision, just like all other employees.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for you who have one of the following educations:

• Nursing and Care Program with specialization in functional impairment / psychiatry.
• Assistant Nurse with a focus on developmental disability / mental health.
• Child and Leisure Program with a focus on social work or pedagogical work.
• Or other education deemed equivalent.

We are looking for you who have work experience from work within LSS (Support and Service Act for Persons with Functional Disabilities), completed training in PFA, Durewall's, and AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), as well as basic IT skills. Experience with documentation in Lifecare is preferred. You have good Swedish language skills (both spoken and written) and a valid B-driver's license.

Advantageous is experience with documentation in Lifecare as well as knowledge of Time Care Planning, Time Care Pool, Flexite, Stella, and Heroma. Knowledge of sign language is also considered advantageous.

To work with the target group and collaborate with others, you must have good teamwork skills, be receptive, and solution-oriented. You are flexible and have the ability to work independently, plan, structure, and drive the work forward.
