How do you create order in Regulatory Data when there are many systems, differing processes, and increasing requirements? We are looking for you who want to take a holistic approach to UDI, registrations, and data flows – and act as the link between Regulatory, IT, and the business.

About the Role

This is a full-time consultancy assignment lasting six months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the client's site. There are possibilities for extending the assignment.

🚀 About the Company

We cannot disclose the name of the company at this time. Naturally, you will find out during the process, at the latest when you attend an interview with us.

💼 Responsibilities

As a Regulatory Data & UDI Coordinator, you play a central role in creating structure, coordination, and momentum within Regulatory Data and workflows in a global organization. The assignment involves managing a complex landscape of products, markets, and regulatory requirements, where data and processes are currently fragmented across different manufacturers.

You map which products are sold where and which registration requirements apply per market, with a special focus on UDI. A key part of the role is ensuring that the correct regulatory attributes are accurately reflected in the systems and that data quality is maintained over time.

You act as a bridge between Regulatory, IT, Master Data, and R&D, driving progress through clear requirement setting, structure, and collaboration.

Examples of responsibilities include:

  • Mapping and quality-assuring Regulatory Data related to UDI and registrations
  • Ensuring the correct attributes are accurately present in systems and master data
  • Coordinating initiatives related to SAP S/4HANA and data flows
  • Acting as a bridge between Regulatory, IT, Master Data, and R&D

🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field
  • Experience with Regulatory Data within MedTech or Life Science
  • Good understanding of UDI and regulatory registration requirements
  • Experience working in complex, global organizations
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional work in matrix organizations

You are analytical and structured, with the ability to see both details and the big picture. You thrive in complex environments where not everything is fully defined and where progress requires dialogue, clarity, and persistence. You have a knack for translating regulatory requirements into practical solutions in processes and systems, and you are comfortable driving issues without formal authority.
