Diversa Solutions AB is now looking for a driven, professional, and self-motivated salesperson to join our growing technology and service company.
We work with everything from business-critical IT environments and cybersecurity to technical support, troubleshooting, and repair of mobile phones, computers, and other electronics – both on-site at the customer's location and through our service center.
Diversa Solutions AB operates under Diversa Group LLC NAC and builds its business on structure, quality, responsibility, and long-term customer relationships.
About the Role
The role involves independent responsibility for the entire sales process – from initial contact to closing the deal.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Telemarketing.
- Appointment scheduling.
- Prospecting and cold calling.
- Field sales and direct customer contact.
- Customer visits and door-to-door sales in selected areas.
- Presentation of our services.
- Preparing quotes and closing business.
During the first few months, the focus will be primarily on the private market and our technical services for individuals.
You will represent Diversa Solutions AB directly with customers and are expected to work professionally, structured, and result-oriented.
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience in sales.
- Is self-motivated and disciplined.
- Has a strong work ethic and drive.
- Is professional in customer interactions.
- Can work independently under their own responsibility.
- Has good communication skills.
- Fluently speaks and writes Swedish.
Experience in technology, IT, or electronics is highly advantageous. English proficiency and a valid driver's license (Category B) are also considered merits.
Work Tools
You will have access to:
- Company phone.
- Company email and business number.
- Login to our TEK-portal.
- Ability to create quotes and handle customer cases.
- Access to a company car according to internal guidelines.
Compensation
The first month is commission-based. Therefore, this role is best suited for someone who is confident in sales and capable of generating results independently.
After this period, the position transitions to a fixed salary combined with commission, provided the collaboration continues.
