You are confident and structured in your pedagogical work. You want to maintain existing good work while being flexible and willing to develop it further.

As a parish pedagogue, you are expected to coordinate, structure, plan, and carry out tasks within the following areas:

• Confirmation work
• Youth activities
• Leadership training for young people
• School church activities
• Music activities within the framework of children's and youth work
• Collaboration with the municipality, schools, and other actors

We are looking for you who have a pedagogical university degree; are a parish pedagogue or teacher.

You are relationship-building, confident, and a good role model for both children, young people, and adults. Since the work is largely outward-facing and proactive, it is desirable that you are driven, social, and enjoy collaborating with others. You have a good ability to see and meet the needs of different children and young people. You have good communication skills and can meet people in various life situations; experience working with NPF (Neurodevelopmental Disorders) is meritorious.

We would appreciate it if you had musical competence and could play one or more instruments in connection with devotions, etc. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing and master standard IT tools. A B-driver's license is required.

Evening and weekend work is included in the position, as well as camp activities.

The position of parish pedagogue is 100 percent.
