The Role
We are looking for summer substitutes for our operations within healthcare and social care, including Viljan (short-term care), Hemgården (elderly care), and Klockarbergsgården (dementia care). There is an opportunity for scheduled hours during the summer period. We are looking for you who have previous experience from healthcare and social care. It is important that you enjoy taking responsibility and that you can work independently, as we often work alone.
Responsibilities
The work as an hourly substitute involves providing support and services based on the user's individual needs and ensuring that the user receives good care. The work involves interventions in the user's home, special housing, and short-term care facilities. Main tasks include assisting with personal care such as showering, toilet visits, meals, etc., based on individual needs, performing health and medical care interventions, performing service tasks such as cleaning, laundry, shopping, etc., and working and documenting in various systems.
Qualifications
You must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment and have completed or be currently attending upper secondary school. You must have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, to communicate with users and other staff, and to document what the operations and work require. A nursing education and/or experience of working within healthcare and social care is meritorious.

Working Hours and Duration
Scheduled working hours during day, evening, and weekends. The summer substitute position runs from 2026-06-15 to 2026-08-31.
Interviews may take place continuously during the application period. Start date is by agreement.
Other Information
During the interview, you will need to prove your citizenship. This can be done with a passport or alternatively a certificate of residence together with an ID document. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must show that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only take place after verification of the work permit, as required by the Aliens Ordinance.
