We offer a flexible part-time job at ICA stores. With us, you have the opportunity to work during the day, in the evenings, or on weekends. You enter your availability into our scheduling system and are then asked about work shifts via our app. In other words, this is the perfect part-time job alongside your studies or another job!

Bemannica is an authorized staffing agency that helps ICA stores with their personnel needs. We strengthen the cash registers and staff the sales floor, for example, during sickness absence.

You will work at various ICA stores in the area around Stenungsund, Kungälv, and Gothenburg. However, at Bemannica, we always strive to minimize the number of different stores you work at, for both your sake and the customer's. The tasks are based on your skills. You are only booked for departments and tasks that you have previous experience in.

Who are you? Our experience tells us that those who perform their work as a retail consultant best are those who enjoy working in a store! We are looking for you who have previously been employed in a grocery store and have experience with either cash register work or picking goods. If you also have experience working with post, games, or delicatessen, it is considered a significant merit.

As a person, you are very service-oriented and thrive in daily interaction with customers. You are flexible and enjoy fast-paced and eventful workdays.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment, on an as-needed basis.

Salary: According to the Handels collective agreement with associated shift allowances.
