Your Responsibilities

Would you like to contribute to the development of our nursing unit within healthcare in Halmstad Municipality?

We work in teams, and as a nurse, you assess and carry out medical treatment and care interventions. Much of the practical work is independent, so it is important that you are comfortable working autonomously with standard nursing tasks and leading care staff.

In addition to patient-facing work involving assessments, examinations, information, and counseling, you play a key role in collaborating with care staff in home care services and residential facilities. As a nurse, you are responsible for supervision and delegation to care staff.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for a registered nurse. Experience in home healthcare or equivalent work is meritorious. Specialized competence or further education in areas such as geriatrics, palliative care, or other relevant training is also an advantage.

We use digital tools for documentation and medication management. Therefore, we value a positive attitude towards technology, and experience with digital systems such as Lifecare Voo, Lifecare SP, Appva, Pascal, and NPÖ is an advantage. A valid driver's license (Category B) is also required for this position.

What We Offer

We offer continuous professional development to maintain high quality and meet patient needs. As a nurse in home healthcare, you work during daytime hours with a weekly working time of 38.25 hours, including duty every sixth weekend.
