Do you want to work with future powertrain technology and diagnostics in the automotive industry? We are now looking for an engaged and analytical Diagnostic Calibration Engineer for an exciting assignment with an international player in the development of hybrid and combustion engines.

About the role

In the role of Diagnostic Calibration Engineer, you will work with the development and optimization of diagnostic functions for passenger cars. You will become part of a competent team of calibration engineers and function developers, where the focus is on ensuring robust and reliable solutions for various customer needs.

The work combines desk-based analysis and development, such as data analysis and scripting, with practical verification and testing in vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver calibration results and data according to project requirements, schedule, and quality goals
• Verify and ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of diagnostic solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sustainable technical solutions
• Contribute to the development and improvement of working methods, processes, and methodologies
• Build and share knowledge within diagnostics, product development, and validation
• Participate in internal and external networks for competence development and experience exchange

We are looking for you who

• Have some years of experience in diagnostics or calibration within the automotive industry
• Have knowledge in data analysis and scripting/programming
• Have experience in verification and testing of vehicle functions
• Understand product development processes within the automotive sector
• Have a positive and solution-oriented approach to work
