NOFO Hotel & Wine Bar is a family-owned hotel located in the most vibrant part of Södermalm. We are passionate about design and service – and the latter would be impossible without our wonderful staff. Our ambition is to create a relaxed yet professional environment where we always go the extra mile to make our guests feel special.

NOFO Hotel is part of WordHotels Crafted, an association of carefully selected hotels focusing on first-class service, style, and comfort. In addition to NOFO, other Stockholm hotels such as The Winery, Kung Carl, Hotel Franz, and Hotel Ruth are part of this collection.

Our wine bar focuses on serving unique and carefully selected wines from small-scale producers, local beer, and innovative dishes made with love for locally sourced and seasonal ingredients.

In the wine bar, as well as in all other areas of the hotel, we always strive to do the little extra to make our guests feel special.

At NOFO, breakfast is more than just the first meal of the day; it is the guest's first real meeting with the hotel. As a breakfast hostess here, you set the tone.

What is your role?

Our breakfast buffet is made from scratch with great care, where every detail is thought through. It is food we are proud of, and you are the person who presents it.

You move naturally around the room, noticing what is needed before anyone has to ask, and create an atmosphere where guests feel welcomed rather than just served. It is about presence and personality just as much as ensuring the buffet always looks inviting.

We are looking for someone who thrives in the morning, has a genuine interest in people, and understands that a small chat by the coffee table can make all the difference in how a guest perceives their stay.

Who are you?

You have previous experience from the restaurant or hotel industry and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Hospitality comes naturally to you, and you always greet guests with a smile and a solution-oriented mindset. You enjoy working mornings and are accustomed to handling intense service periods. Fluent Swedish and English are required.

What is the position like?

• 75% employment starting in April.
• Morning and weekend shifts.
• Salary according to agreement.
