ABOUT THE POSITION

We are currently looking for an engaged colleague to support a positive 26-year-old woman in Örnsköldsvik. This is a temporary hourly position where you work as needed, for example, when regular staff is absent. Night shifts involve being awake during the night.

Working hours include:

• 07:00 - 22:00 weekdays

• 22:00 - 07:00 weekdays

• 09:00 - 22:00 weekends

• 22:00 - 09:00 weekends

Start date is by agreement, and we would appreciate it if you could start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a lively 26-year-old woman living just outside central Örnsköldsvik. She is looking for someone who wants to be a support in a daily life filled with both routines and pleasures. The tasks include assistance with personal hygiene, transfers, and dressing/undressing, as well as support with communication and household chores. You will also accompany her on meaningful activities, such as going swimming. During the day, she attends her day activity program, but in her free time, she enjoys switching between attending concerts and events and enjoying quiet moments at home.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

Our client is looking for someone who is responsible, warm, considerate, and has a positive outlook. We are also looking for someone who is attentive to listening, communicating, and picking up on the client's signals and wishes. Experience in the field is not the most important factor; we primarily focus on chemistry and personal suitability for the role. Based on the client's wishes, we view female applicants positively.

REQUIREMENTS

• Not allergic to fur-bearing animals

QUALIFICATIONS

• Swimming ability and tolerance for chlorinated water

• Driver's license & access to a car

Employment level: Temporary hourly position

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.

Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that, according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3), cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record). From March 1, 2026, new regulations will apply, meaning the register check will cover both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
