Are you technically interested, do you like machines, and do you enjoy solving problems? Then this might be the job for you!

We are looking for someone who is handy, curious, and practical. Previous experience in similar work is advantageous, but we place greater emphasis on who you are as a person, your willingness to learn, and your engagement than on exactly what you have done before.

Here, you will learn to work with warp-knitting machines, quilting machines, and carding, as well as handle simpler administrative tasks. For the right person, there is also an opportunity to develop further within the company with more administrative responsibilities in the future.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, self-sufficient, and enjoys collaborating. You will become part of a family-owned business where we help each other and work closely together. A forklift license is an advantage but not a requirement.

Facilette AB is a family-owned textile company in its fourth generation, manufacturing in Lidköping since 1964. We work with warp-knitting, quilting, and sewing.

About the role

As a production assistant and machine operator with us, you will have a varied job with tasks such as:

• Operating and monitoring production machines
• Maintenance, adjustment, and troubleshooting
• Quality control
• Material handling, forklift, and crane operation
• Cleaning and routine maintenance
• Simpler administrative tasks
• Enjoy a varied job where patience for meticulous and precise moments, as well as heavier lifting and more physical tasks, are part of the work.

Work takes place during daytime, Monday–Friday, 06:45–16:05, on-site in Lidköping.

We would like you to:

• Be curious and solution-oriented
• Enjoy both technology and details
• Have good collaboration skills
• Fluently speak and write Swedish
• Hold a valid B-driver's license

Employment terms

Full-time position with a 6-month probationary period, followed by the possibility of a permanent contract. Facilette has a collective agreement with IF Metall.
