We are now looking for a practical and responsible caretaker (Janitor/Maintenance Worker) for our operations and properties in Malå.

About MENI AB

MENI AB is a municipal company in Malå that operates and manages, among other things, Hotel Tjamstan, Tjamstanbacken (ski slopes), camping operations, and industrial properties. Our mission is to create value for Malå through the sustainable development of our operations and properties.

As a caretaker with us, you will have a varied job where no day is the same. The tasks include supervision, minor repairs, maintenance, snow clearing, transportation, and practical support in our various operations. The work may take place at locations such as Hotel Tjamstan, Tjamstanbacken, the campsite, and our industrial properties.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, service-oriented, and has a good ability to solve practical problems. You need to be able to take responsibility, plan your work, and step in where needed.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• has experience in practical work, property maintenance, upkeep, or similar
• can operate a wheel loader
• has a B driver's license
• is responsible, flexible, and solution-oriented
• enjoys varied work both indoors and outdoors

Merits include experience with snow clearing, machine operation, minor repairs, property maintenance, or work in a ski resort.

About the Position

The position is located in Malå. Working hours may vary depending on the season and the needs of the operations. During the winter season, snow clearing and work related to Tjamstanbacken may occur.
