We are now looking for a car mechanic for our workshop in Malå! Do you have a vehicle technical background in the form of education or experience? Then this could be an exciting job for you!

About the position

As a mechanic/technician, your main tasks will include:

• Performing service work based on service protocols according to prescribed service intervals.
• Carrying out service work during workshop visits, e.g., brakes, exhaust systems, AC, and wheel alignments.
• Evaluating the car’s components based on the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule and recommendations.
• Handling larger jobs such as refurbishing or replacing defective components.

Depending on your qualifications, there is also an opportunity to work with electric vehicles.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have vehicle technical education and/or experience as a mechanic for cars, machinery, or similar. You have a technical interest, good digital competence, and are quick to learn new systems and technology, as the work often requires connecting a computer to the vehicle.

It is an advantage if you have an interest in or knowledge of high-voltage work for vehicles, as well as experience with diagnostics and troubleshooting.

As a person, you are an engaged team player who wants to develop together with us to meet customer needs. Of course, you are also meticulous and quality-conscious.

A valid driver’s license (category B) is required.

Working hours: daytime, Monday–Friday.
