Are you looking for a varied job where you can combine service, practical work, and human interaction? We are looking for a cheerful and engaged property concierge for a family-owned company in Umeå!

As a property concierge, you will have a varied daily routine involving both practical and service-oriented tasks related to properties and living environments. You will have daily contact with both colleagues and residents, contributing to creating a sense of security, order, and an environment where people thrive.

During the day, your duties will include, among other things:

• Handling maintenance requests and questions from residents
• Assistance with move-ins and move-outs
• Simple repairs and inspections
• Supervision of common areas and outdoor environments
• Practical tasks related to maintenance and upkeep
• Some administration and ordering

The assignment starts immediately and lasts at least until the end of September. To be considered for this position, you must be available to work throughout the entire summer.

Most importantly, we are not looking for someone who knows everything from the start, but rather someone with the willingness to learn, engage, and be part of a supportive team.

We would prefer that you:

• Have a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Speak and write Swedish fluently
• Have experience in service, customer contact, or similar work
