About the company

Tribo Fastigheter is a privately owned property company belonging to the Olofsson Invest group, focusing on housing in central areas of Skellefteå. We own and manage over 34,000 sqm distributed across approximately 550 apartments. We strive for good service and well-being for our tenants. We have our own staff for property maintenance, repairs, and administration.

Your responsibilities

As a Property Technician at Tribo Fastigheter, you will work on the company's properties both externally and internally. The role is broad and varied, where you work both independently and together with colleagues to ensure that our properties maintain a high standard.

Examples of tasks:

• Simple electrical work.
• Work with sewage and plumbing (HVAC/plumbing).
• Snow clearing and external maintenance.
• Supervision and maintenance of properties.
• Ensuring a safe and pleasant living environment for our tenants.

You work together with two other property technicians and have an important role in the daily operation and maintenance of our properties.

Your background/Personal qualities

We believe that you are a handy person who enjoys practical work and thrives in a role where no day is like the other. You are responsible, service-oriented, and enjoy collaborating with others. You are happy to contribute to the team and always have the ambition to do a good job. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Fluency in Swedish and English.

Merits

• Experience from construction, electrical, plumbing, or similar industries.
• Previous experience in property maintenance or technical work.
• Tractor driver's license as we perform snow clearing for some of our properties ourselves.
