Do you want a key role where you create structure, well-being, and service in everyday life – for real? We are now looking for a Customer Service Representative/Building Manager for an 80% temporary position, where you will be Coor's face to our client in Umeå.

In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that the workplace runs smoothly and professionally – every day. You work closely with the client, identify needs, solve problems before they arise, and ensure that both the environment and service maintain high quality. This is a role for you if you thrive on variety, take responsibility, and want to make a real difference in the client's daily life.

Who are we?

Coor is a stable employer with a warm and inclusive culture, offering opportunities to develop and grow in your career. We are an innovative company with high ambitions and a strong focus on development. We place great emphasis on delivering high-quality service in everything we do.

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative/Building Manager, you are Coor's primary contact person on-site at the client – the one who makes everyday life run smoothly. You work closely with the operations in the client's premises and ensure a functional, pleasant, and professional workplace.

You have broad responsibility for workplace services and drive daily operations forward with structure, initiative, and an eye for detail. You identify needs, solve problems proactively, and actively contribute to developing the service delivery and the client relationship.

You are simply the one who ensures everything flows – in both small and large matters.

Examples of tasks

  • Responsible for the daily delivery of workplace services
  • Build and develop good relationships with the client and users on-site
  • Handle fault reports: receive, register, follow up, and resolve
  • Receive orders and coordinate efforts internally and externally
  • Perform and plan ongoing service tasks such as: office service and material replenishment, mail and goods handling, conference service and catering, supervision of coffee machines and common areas, simple moves and rearrangements, signage and well-being issues
  • Coordinate suppliers and contractors
  • Contribute to upselling and improvements in service delivery
  • Plan and lead meetings, client activities, and workplace safety initiatives (e.g., rounds and evacuation drills)
  • Participate in maintenance planning and work related to SBA and the annual calendar

Who are you?

You thrive in a role where you take responsibility, meet people, and create order and structure in everyday life. You are self-assured, see what needs to be done, and often act before anyone else has even raised the issue.

You are genuinely service-oriented and understand the value of both details and the overall picture in service delivery. With a professional and solution-oriented approach, you build trust with both clients and colleagues.

We see that you have:

  • Previous experience in service work, preferably in workplace services, reception, FM, or similar
  • Good administrative skills and experience handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing

About the position

  • Employment type: Temporary position for 11 months with possible extension
  • Working hours: 80%
  • Working time: 08:00–15:00
  • Start date: 2026-07-25
