Do you want to work in a central and coordinating role where you ensure that the right skills are in the right place at the right time – globally? We are now looking for a Field Service Planner for an international technical industrial company.

About the role

As a Field Service Planner, you are responsible for planning and coordinating resources within global projects related to advanced technology. You will become a key link between different functions and work closely with both internal teams and international contacts.

The role involves overall responsibility for the planning flow, where you handle both operational and strategic issues. You will work in systems such as OnePM and Salesforce and contribute to developing efficient work processes.

You will be part of a team of more than 30 people, where different functions together support the field service organization – from preparation and visa management to finance and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Operational and strategic planning of field service resources
• Coordination and collaboration with internal and global interfaces
• Ensuring efficient planning flows in system support
• Contributing to the development and improvement of ways of working and processes

Your profile

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role with many interfaces and has the ability to handle complex flows with structure and drive. You are communicative, responsive, and have a natural ability to create collaborations.

We see that you:

• Have experience within service, logistics, or a similar area
• Work in a structured manner and can handle several parallel tasks
• Have good teamwork skills and communicate clearly
• Fluently master Swedish and English in speech and writing

Nice to have

• Post-secondary education in logistics, planning, or equivalent
• Experience from an international environment
• Knowledge of OnePM, Salesforce, or similar systems
