About the client

A happy and curious ten-year-old boy living in Kalmar. He has autism and displays some challenging behaviors, which is why it is important that you are experienced in working with a low-affective and pedagogical approach.

About you

We are looking for an engaged, secure, and responsive assistant who wants to create a safe and stimulating daily life together with the client. You are responsible, flexible, and find it easy to collaborate with both the client and the rest of the team. Experience working with children and/or autism is an advantage.

• You are calm, patient, and respectful.
• You can communicate clearly and build trusting relationships.
• You work in a low-affective and pedagogical manner.
• A driver's license and access to a car are required.

About the position

The position is part-time with shifts scheduled as full days. Approximately 6 shifts per month. Start date according to agreement.
