We have recently introduced a new business system, Combine, which was launched at the end of 2025. We are in a phase of intensive development where we actively work on "fine-tuning" the system and its functions based on the needs and workflows of the operations.

As a Development Manager with a focus on business systems, you will work on developing the organization's digital workflows. The role acts as a link between operations and the system, where you capture needs from users/group leaders/managers and translate these into concrete development proposals and solutions together with the system administrator and other key functions.

You will collaborate closely with operations, system administrators, system administrators, and super users. The role focuses on business development, processes, user support, and change management rather than technical configuration of the systems. You report to the Department Manager.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain the network for super users and contribute to experience sharing and knowledge dissemination
  • Capture, analyze, and process operational needs and forward these to system administration
  • Develop and ensure quality in data extraction from the business system
  • Plan and conduct training for super users and other users
  • Be responsible for user documentation and routines related to the business system
  • Support operations when introducing new ways of working, processes, and system changes
  • Communicate changes and new information to operations regarding the system
  • Coordinate and drive development issues related to the business system and digital workflows
  • Participate in projects and development assignments related to the business system
  • Provide support in development and quality work, including follow-up related to the business system

You have a degree from a university or college, such as a social worker, behavioral scientist, or similar, as assessed by the employer as relevant.

It is also a requirement that you have several years of professional experience in regulatory authorities within various social service areas and are well-versed in case handling processes and the laws governing them. You have good system proficiency and find it easy to understand and work in various digital systems and processes. It is important that you have pedagogical skills and enjoy conducting training and guiding colleagues. You appreciate working both independently and in a team and have experience actively participating in various development projects and processes; it is an advantage if you have led projects or processes and have experience with similar tasks to those in this position.

Strategic as well as operational work, as well as environmental scanning and networking within the sector, are part of the assignment. Ability for clear communication, good treatment, high service awareness, and a solution-oriented approach are important qualities. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

The position is a permanent full-time employment.

Start date according to agreement.

Probationary period may apply.

Before employment, the employer will request that you show an extract from the police's suspicion and criminal record register.
