Job Description

You will be employed as a consultant at NearYou but will be working on assignment at Nordic Snus AB. Nordic Snus AB is looking for an electrical technician who wants to work close to production and contribute to high operational reliability, stable production, and continuous improvements. In this role, you will have an important position where you combine operational work with a development-oriented approach within electricity, electronics, and automation. As an electrical technician, you are responsible for ensuring that production equipment functions optimally with a focus on automation and electrical systems. You work both preventively and remedially, and actively participate in improvement work and the development of maintenance processes. Your main responsibilities include, among other things, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, with a focus on electricity and automation. You troubleshoot at both basic electrical levels and at the automation/PLC level. Furthermore, you will work on identifying root causes of disturbances and implementing sustainable improvements, monitoring process and control equipment, and identifying line faults. Finally, you will also actively participate in T&T implementation and work according to TPD2 standards after Go-Live. Working hours will likely be scheduled for night shifts after daytime training is completed.

Qualifications

To fit the role of electrical technician, we believe you are a humble person with previous experience in the field. You are an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented person who thrives on taking responsibility and working with a focus on safety and quality. Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as an electronics or electrical technician in an industrial environment
• Documented experience in repair and troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of automation and process control standards

Merits:

• Basic knowledge of Siemens automation and control systems
