Do you want to develop within transport, logistics, and procurement in a role where you work closely with contracts, systems, and carriers? We are now looking for a Transport Procurement Specialist at Dagab.

Here, you will become part of the Cargo Flow Negotiation team, which is responsible for central contracts related to the flow of goods into our warehouses. The team works closely with carriers, purchasing, and logistics to ensure that our transport contracts work in practice and are followed up on over time.

Here you will get a broad role with great responsibility, many contact points, and the opportunity to contribute to issues that have direct significance for Dagab's transport business.

What you will do

As a Transport Procurement Specialist, you work with the follow-up of transport contracts, carriers, prices, and system setups related to Dagab's incoming transports. The role suits you who want to combine analysis, structure, and collaboration with both internal and external parties.

In the role, you will among other things:

• follow up that carriers deliver according to agreed KPIs and quality requirements
• handle questions related to transport contracts, prices, bookings, and deliveries
• ensure that transport prices and transport-related data are correctly set up in the system
• follow up costs, delivery quality, and deviations
• support senior transport procurement specialists in the procurement and negotiation of transport contracts
• contribute to the work with transport strategies and improved working methods
• participate in environmental and sustainability work related to transports

What we expect of you

We are looking for you who want to develop within transport, logistics, and procurement in a role where you work closely with contracts, systems, and carrier follow-up.

As a person, you are structured, careful, and take responsibility for driving your tasks forward. You thrive with many contact points and find it easy to collaborate with others. You communicate professionally, dare to ask questions, and take initiative when something needs to be followed up or improved.

We would like you to have

• post-secondary education within logistics, supply chain, or economics
• good analytical skills and experience working systematically with information
• good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing
• good system familiarity and confidence in the Office suite, especially Excel
• interest in transport, logistics, follow-up, and improvement work

It is meritorious if you have experience with SAP, BI systems, or transport-related systems, but it is not a requirement.

Good to know

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period. The location is at Dagab's office at Torsplan. The desired start date is in August or early September.
