Do you want to lead complex earthworks and infrastructure projects within some of our most interesting infrastructure assignments? As a Project Manager at NCC, you are responsible for driving projects from start to finish, with a focus on business, progress, and clear management of the project organization.

If you currently work at other companies, you might hold the title of Site Manager, Production Manager, Foreman, or Project Manager within the earthworks and infrastructure industry.

The Role of Project Manager Earthworks

As Project Manager for Earthworks in Västerbotten, you lead the project organization in our projects from the early stages to completion. You have personnel responsibility for site managers, foremen, project engineers, and skilled workers, ensuring that projects are carried out safely and according to set goals for time, quality, and economy. In this role, you have close dialogue with the customer in the early stages and are responsible for ensuring that the project deliverables meet expectations. You ensure that the work follows NCC's values, policies, and business systems.

Your Profile

You have several years of experience in earthworks and infrastructure projects in a leading position and are confident in production-oriented roles within earthworks and infrastructure. Your background may be a university degree in construction technology or equivalent experience. As a leader, you stand firm in NCC's values – Honesty, Trust, and Respect. You have a coaching and present leadership style, where you support and develop while being clear in requirements, responsibilities, and expectations. You create structure, drive the work forward, and bring the organization with you even when the pace is high.

You are communicative, relationship-building, and used to collaborating with many contact points, both internally and externally. With several parallel projects, you have a good ability to plan, prioritize, and create order for both yourself and your team. You have good IT maturity and are comfortable with digital working methods. Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement, as is a Category B driver's license. Experience from larger projects is an advantage.

Civil North is part of NCC's infrastructure operations and works with earthworks, infrastructure, and infrastructure projects. We are approximately 500 employees distributed across seven production manager groups in Norrbotten, Västerbotten, Västernorrland, Jämtland, and Värmland. Additional Information

The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probation period. The role requires regular physical presence out in our projects, and we are therefore looking for you who live, or have the opportunity to move to, Skellefteå and the surrounding area. The position is subject to background checks in accordance with NCC's safety culture. We work with security-classified projects in the department.
