About background checks and registry extracts

To ensure safe and secure assistance, we conduct a background check if you are considered for the position.

If the work involves services for persons over 18 years of age, you must present an extract from the criminal record and suspicion register.
If the work involves services for children, you must submit an extract from the criminal record and suspicion register, which we store for 2 years in accordance with current legislation.

We are now looking for a personal assistant for the lovely Nina

The position is approximately 70% with the following working hours:

Tuesday: 15:00–20:00
Wednesday: 15:45–20:00
Thursday: 15:40–20:00
Friday: 15:10–20:00

The schedule is a rolling 4-week schedule. In addition, there is one Saturday from 09:00–20:00 and one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) from 09:00–20:00.

About Nina

Nina is a 13-year-old girl living in Malmö. She enjoys listening to music, reading, going to flea markets, "scrapbooking," and doing difficult puzzles. She has a great sense of humor and an eye for detail.

As Nina's personal assistant, chemistry is the most important factor. You need to be resilient, positive, interested, and above all, have a sense of humor. You will be a strong support in making her daily life function and creating structure and security.

Your responsibilities

The job involves picking her up from school, which is a stone's throw from home. Afterward, you help her with stretching, exercise, personal hygiene, meals, and mobility. Routines are already in place, and you need to support her in maintaining them.
