Your New Role

As a Café Assistant with us, you are a key person in the daily operations. You welcome guests, prepare coffee, sandwiches, food, and drinks, follow our routines, handle the cash register, and ensure that the café is always clean and welcoming.

To thrive in this role, you must be social, pleasant, and love working with and for people. You are proactive, self-motivated, and able to work at a high pace. In short: you are the face outward to our guests and contribute to creating the warm atmosphere that Café Crema is known for.

We are looking for you who

• Are cheerful, social, and positive even during stressful periods and genuinely want to become part of our team and take Café Crema to new heights
• Have a strong sense of service and want to create a wow experience for our guests
• Are responsible and able to work independently
• Are organized and very good at keeping things clean around you
• Are a team player who can step up and is cooperative with the team
• Thrives in a fast pace and likes to juggle many tasks
• Are flexible with working hours, an early riser, and available for weekend work as this occurs
• Speak fluent Swedish and English

It is highly meritorious if you have relevant work experience and/or barista skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome and take care of our guests, ensuring that everyone in the team does the same
• Make coffee and other drinks
• Prepare and serve sandwiches, simple meals, and baked goods
• Manage the cash register, take/prepare orders, and show knowledge of our brand
• Place orders and restock fridges and shelves
• Handle the opening and closing of the café independently according to established routines
• Ensure that our guests leave the shop satisfied and that the entire team delivers a wow guest experience
• Keep the café clean and organized
• Ensure that the café is always attractive and sales-oriented

Other Information

The position is full-time, averaging 40 hours per week.

6-month probationary employment with immediate start, latest by March 2026.

The work can take place at all of our cafés in Stockholm. You should have good connections to Abrahamsberg/Bromma and Lindhagen/Kungsholmen.
