Today, our spa team consists of approximately 25 dedicated and skilled employees within spa, treatments, and fitness, and we are now looking for a new colleague who wants to become part of our team.

About the RoleAs the Reception Manager, you play a key role in the daily operations of the spa reception. The role involves a combination of operational duties and administrative tasks, where approximately 70% of the time is spent in daily operations together with the team and guests, and about 30% consists of administration, planning, and follow-up. This role suits you if you like taking responsibility, creating structure, and being close to both guests and the team.
Responsibilities include:
- Daily work at the spa reception
- Responsibility for the daily operation and activities of the reception
- Coaching, supporting, and motivating the team
- Customer contact and booking management
- Responsibility for members
- Ensuring that routines and checklists are followed and updated
- Purchasing materials for the reception and inventory management
- Assisting with events and happenings
We are looking for someone who is responsible, engaged, and thrives in a varied role with a high pace. You have a good sense of service and enjoy combining administrative work with operational duties.
The role requires high flexibility and a solution-oriented approach to work. Together with the Spa Manager, you are responsible for scheduling and daily operations, which means you sometimes need to be ready to help out where needed to resolve schedule changes or other situations that may arise in the business.
Requirements:
- Experience in the service industry and preferably in similar tasks
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
- Driver's license and access to a car are required as public transport is limited
Fixed-term contract for 1.5 years with the possibility of extension or permanent employment. Start date: August/September 2026. Working hours: Day, evening, and weekend shifts.
