RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for dedicated and caring assistant nurses for our special housing facilities for the elderly in Strömstad Municipality, both within somatic and dementia care.

Currently, we are seeking employees for the elderly care home Beatebergsgården in Skee, just outside the town of Strömstad. Here, we offer a warm and homely environment with two somatic wards and two wards adapted for people with dementia. At the same time, we are preparing for the return of residents to the elderly care home Jägaren in Strömstad this autumn, following extensive renovations. Therefore, we are looking for more assistant nurses who want to contribute to safe, high-quality, and meaningful care for our elderly.

As an assistant nurse with us, you work based on the individual's needs and provide personal and professional care and support with respect for the user's integrity and self-determination. The duties also include delegated health and medical care tasks, social documentation, and work with implementation plans.

We actively work to create a safe and pleasant daily life for our users through a person-centered approach where the individual is always the focus. With us, you will have a varied and developing job together with nurses, physiotherapists, and experienced colleagues in care.

We are looking for assistant nurses for:

• day, evening, and weekend shifts
• night shifts with weekend shifts

We work with resource shifts to ensure staffing needs within our operations, which gives you variation and the opportunity to develop in your professional role.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Trained assistant nurse with proof of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare
• Category B driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience with IBIC is an advantage
