Job Responsibilities

As a housing support worker, you provide support and services based on each individual's needs and approved interventions. The tasks vary from supporting the user in gaining structure and order in daily life, to motivating visits to e.g., the health center. The work also includes support in personal care, cleaning, laundry, shopping, contact with psychiatry, home care, etc.

You will work with different professional groups, with the aim of providing the user with the best possible support based on their own needs and conditions. Documentation is an important task, and you are responsible for documenting events concerning the user in social documentation according to current legislation.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant or have education that the employer assesses as equivalent.

It is meritorious if you have experience working with people with disabilities. We would appreciate that you have experience working with people with disabilities.

You need to have a professional approach. You are calm and secure and have the ability to plan the activities of the work shifts and can quickly adapt and change interventions based on changed circumstances.

You are responsible and can work independently as well as in a group. You need to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and have computer skills.

A B-driving license is a requirement.
