Do you want to work in a role where customer contact, business, and quality meet? Lexly is now looking for Onboarding Specialists for our onboarding team – a key function in our initiative to create a more accurate, fast, and customer-friendly path from incoming customer to the right legal assistance.
This is a role for you who enjoys talking to people, building trust quickly, and guiding customers forward in a professional and structured manner.
About the roleAs an Onboarding Specialist, you are the customer's first point of contact with Lexly after they have shown interest in legal assistance through our partner channels, primarily banks and other collaboration partners.
Your tasks include:
quickly contacting incoming leads
understanding the customer's situation through a structured conversation
conducting an initial needs analysis and triage according to clear working methods
guiding the customer to the right next step
scheduling meetings with lawyers when appropriate
documenting customer dialogue and outcomes
You do not provide legal advice. Your role is to create security, clarity, and the right path forward for the customer.

enjoy working in a structured and process-driven manner
are good at listening, asking the right questions, and building trust
have strong self-drive and enjoy working operationally
are meticulous with documentation and follow-up
thrive in an environment where speed, quality, and business need to go hand in hand
experience from customer service, appointment setting, in-house sales, telemarketing, or similar customer-facing roles
familiarity working in CRM or other administrative systems
excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
experience from banking, insurance, legal, or other advisory-related fields is a plus
