Sometimes the step between education and working life feels large, and to give you the opportunity to grow into your new role, you will become part of our Clinical Development Year (KUÅ) during your first year with us.
KUÅ is a mandatory professional introduction for newly graduated nurses employed by Region Uppsala. It aims to help you sharpen your clinical skills, network with other newly graduated nurses, and have reflection time together with experienced nurses. Region Uppsala mobilizes all permanently employed personnel based on the needs of the total defense. This means no obligations for the individual employee in peacetime but is solely a planning measure.
