Work with exciting CNC machines in a dynamic environment!

At Montico, we are currently looking for experienced CNC operators with knowledge of turning on DMG and Okuma machines, as well as multi-operation machines. You will join a team working with both small and large series, adhering to high quality requirements and tight tolerances.

• Working hours: 2-shift system.

Job Description

Your main responsibilities include:

• Setting up, rigging, and adjusting Fanuc/ISO programs on the company's CNC machines.
• Primarily handling turning, but work in milling machines and multi-operation machines (DMG, Okuma) may also occur. Grinding machines may also be relevant.
• Interpreting and working according to technical drawings.
• Performing precise measurements and quality controls according to tight tolerances (1000 parts/100 parts).
• Working with various types of materials and having a good understanding of material science.

We are looking for you who

We are looking for you who have several years of experience as a CNC operator and good knowledge of Fanuc/ISO programming. You are accustomed to working with tight tolerances and have experience performing precise quality measurements. As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and have an eye for detail, while also having a strong interest and willingness to continue developing within the profession.
