Do you have previous experience in IT support in a servicedesk and are currently studying? Do you want to work 1–2.5 days a week with IT? Eccera then has several part-time consulting assignments available within IT support.

Your responsibilities

The need may vary among our different customers, but the roles usually involve:

  • Troubleshooting and support within Windows, macOS, and MS O365
  • Administration in Active Directory/EntraID
  • Documentation in case management systems
  • Support via phone, email, and/or on-site
  • Installation and configuration of hardware

Your profile

We are looking for a student IT support technician with at least 2 years of previous experience in IT support in a servicedesk. We have part-time assignments with several customers, and you are expected to be able to work 1–2.5 days a week alongside your studies.

  • Experienced with phone support and documentation in case management systems
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in IT support or Onsite support
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory/EntraID
  • Good troubleshooting skills within Windows and MS O365
