We are now looking for a Logistics Specialist for an exciting assignment in Lund. In this role, you will work closely with global stakeholders and contribute to efficient trading flows, improved processes, and the development of reporting and dashboards in Power BI.

About the assignment:

• Scope: Full-time.
• Location: Lund.
• Remote work: Not possible.
• Assignment period: 2026-06-22 – 2026-11-30, with possibility of extension.
• Start: Immediately or as agreed.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage orders from production centers and European sub-suppliers.
• Register and maintain orders in SAP.
• Handle delivery deviations, complaints, defects, and express deliveries.
• Drive improvement work and standardization of trading flows.
• Develop and improve Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Identify and connect relevant data sources.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders within data and reporting.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in order management, supply chain, or trading operations.
• Good experience with Power BI, including data modeling as well as DAX/M.
• Analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Basic understanding of databases.
• Experience with SAP at the user level.
• Very good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• A solution-oriented and improvement-driven mindset 💡
• Good teamwork skills and experience with stakeholder management.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience from the manufacturing industry or food processing.
• Experience working with data and reporting in complex system environments.
