About the role
As a service technician at Lantmännen Maskin, you will have a key role where you make a real difference for customers. You will work with service, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced agricultural machinery – both out in the field with customers and in the workshop.

This is the role for you if you enjoy problem-solving, technology, and freedom in your daily life. You will face new challenges every day and get to use your skills to create value for the customer.

You will report to the workshop manager and become part of a team with high competence, strong team spirit, and great engagement.

Your responsibilities:

• Service, troubleshooting, and repair of agricultural machinery
• Work both in the workshop and out with customers
• Handle everything from routine maintenance to advanced technical problem-solving
• Contribute to good team spirit and strong collaboration

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and understand service literature in Swedish and English
• Good computer skills and experience working with smartphones
• Knowledge of reading and understanding electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Category B driver's license
• Practical mindset with a good understanding of mechanics
• Upper secondary education in transport, vehicles, or agricultural technology

Merits:

• Experience as a service technician, preferably within agricultural machinery
• Knowledge of threshers, sprayers, seeders, fertilizer spreaders, and other implements
• Basic knowledge of GPS guidance and precision farming
