Job Description

We are looking for a Leisure Consultant for the Disability Support department for a temporary position lasting 4-6 months.

In the role of Leisure Consultant, you will have many varied tasks to support and promote active leisure for adults, children, and young people with disabilities, helping them achieve a meaningful leisure time.

You will:

• Be responsible for all forms of leisure activities within the Disability Support area across the entire municipality.
• Collaborate with schools and the sports/club sector to provide opportunities to meet and try out different sports and leisure activities.
• Be the responsible executor of decisions regarding contact persons and escort services according to the LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) and SoL (Social Services Act).
• Have budget responsibility for both the leisure activities and the execution of contact persons.

Qualifications

You have a secondary education within the field, and we would appreciate that you have experience from the sector and the target group.

To thrive in the role of Leisure Consultant, we envision you as a person driven by creating conditions for the target group by finding new paths and having the courage to test new ways of working.

You express yourself well in both oral and written communication. You work in a solution-focused manner and are happy to contribute ideas and new approaches. You are relationship-building with good cooperation skills.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and that you are the right person for us. A driver's license is required. Working hours vary based on needs.

Employment Type

Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 3-6 months.
