Ramirent is a leading player in machinery rental and helps customers in the construction and infrastructure industry daily find the right equipment for their projects. The role of Inside Sales is a key function in daily operations, ensuring customers receive the right machinery at the right time – with high service standards and good structure, even when the pace is fast.

The work is characterized by a high volume of customer contacts, especially in the morning when many orders, questions, and pickups happen simultaneously. During the day, the work continues with order processing, customer contact, and planning of rentals.

As an Inside Sales representative, your responsibilities include:

• Receiving and handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Providing advice on machinery and equipment based on customer needs
• Creating and managing bookings and rentals in the system
• Picking and preparing machinery for customers
• Ensuring the right equipment is available
• Following up with customers, maintaining existing customer relationships, and contacting new and potential customers as needed

This is a consultancy assignment, meaning you will be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a consultant at Ramirent. The assignment is full-time for 4 months, after which the employment transitions to an internal position with the client. The work takes place on-site in Hisings Backa, with working hours varying between 06:30–15:30 or 07:00–16:00, Monday to Friday. The position is expected to start after the summer.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience from the construction or infrastructure industry, or similar technical operations
• Has basic computer skills
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Has a valid driver’s license (Category B)

It is a plus if you:

• Have experience and knowledge of machinery
