RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Facility Strategist, you are responsible for planning, analyzing, and developing the municipality's facility stock based on the needs of the operations. The role is central and involves close collaboration with the municipality's sections.
You will work both strategically and operationally with facility supply, from analysis to concrete support in facility issues.
You will:
- Lead and coordinate the facility supply process
- Develop and create facility supply plans
- Analyze facility needs and utilization rates
- Support operations in facility matters
- Participate in early stages of investment projects
- Work with follow-up, key figures, and forecasts
- Contribute to efficient and sustainable facility utilization
- You are part of the Property Department, and other property-related tasks may occur.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have:
- Relevant university education in property, urban planning, economics, or equivalent as considered by the employer.
- Experience in strategic work within property, facility supply, or business development
- Good analytical skills and experience in creating decision support materials
- Ability to collaborate broadly and build good relationships
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
You are structured, analytical, and have a strong holistic perspective. You drive the work forward and translate needs into concrete and sustainable solutions in close collaboration with others. We place great importance on personal qualities such as flexibility and a desire to drive development in the area.
Salary: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Permanent position.
Working hours: Daytime.

If you are not a Swedish citizen, you need to present documents proving your right to work in Sweden.
