Do you want to work in a specialized surgical department where competence, collaboration, and commitment are in focus? We are now looking for more nurses for Ward 14, with the possibility of working in rotation or full-time night shifts.

Ward 14 specializes in lower gastrointestinal care, which means caring for patients with diseases in the lower gastrointestinal tract. Here, you will mainly encounter patients who have undergone surgery for colorectal cancer, although acute surgical conditions also occur. We are a knowledgeable and committed team that strives every day to provide our patients with safe, secure, and high-quality care. We are now looking for you who want to contribute to our continued development and become part of our work community.

As a nurse with us, you will work with both pre- and postoperative care. In addition to standard nursing tasks, your responsibilities include among other things:

• Clinical assessments
• Fluid balance
• Wound and stoma care
• Management of central lines
• Medical technology equipment
• Nasogastric tubes
• Drainage
• Urinary catheters

• are a registered nurse
• have a genuine interest in surgery and thrive with varied tasks – both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues
• work responsibly and evidence-based, with good adherence to our routines
• are flexible, self-initiating, and have good collaboration skills
• have good communication skills in both speech and writing

It is an advantage if you have:

• previous professional experience
• relevant further education
• experience in surgical care
