We are looking for a UX/UI/CX Designer to join a team focused on design systems and digital platforms for business-critical user experiences. The role focuses primarily on internal digital tools and platforms used in daily operations.

You will work hands-on with the development and maintenance of design systems, including components, design tokens, typography, spacing, patterns, and documentation. The assignment also involves contributing to the consolidation of multiple design systems into a single, scalable standard used by many product teams.

The role involves close collaboration between design and development, where UI Designers and UI Developers work closely together to create modern, scalable, and long-term sustainable solutions.

The organization actively works with AI-driven workflows and modern product development, where AI tools are used as a natural part of the design and development process.

• Develop and maintain design systems for internal digital platforms
• Build and further develop component libraries in Figma
• Work with design tokens, theming, and mode management
• Contribute to the consolidation of multiple design systems into a common standard
• Ensure quality, documentation, and versioning in the design system
• Collaborate closely with UI Developers and Product Designers
• Contribute to modern and AI-driven workflows within design and product development

• Scalable and well-documented design systems
• Reusable components and design patterns
• Improved workflows between design and development
• Documentation adapted for both humans and AI agents
• Efficient and sustainable solutions for multiple product teams

• Several years of experience in building and maintaining design systems
• Very strong experience with advanced component building in Figma
• Expert knowledge in variables, modes, properties, slots, and auto-layout
• Good understanding of multi-tier tokens, semantics, theming, and mode management
• Technical understanding of how design is implemented in code
• Experience working closely with UI Developers
• Active use of AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, v0, Lovable, or similar in daily work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken)

• Experience with multi-platform and multi-brand design systems
• Experience with Code Connect and Dev Mode in Figma
• Experience with Style Dictionary or similar pipelines
• Experience with AI-related design patterns and components
• Experience with complex internal tools, retail, or operational systems
• Experience with governance and contribution models for design systems
• Experience structuring documentation for both humans and AI agents
