We are currently looking for a UX Designer for a long-term assignment with a vital public authority in Stockholm. You will become part of a cross-functional development team responsible for an in-house developed system for resource planning within business-critical processes.
The system is in an expansive development phase with several parallel initiatives and further development projects. The role involves close collaboration with developers, system specialists, and the business throughout the entire development process – from needs analysis to the finished solution.
Here you will have the opportunity to work both strategically and operationally with UX design in an agile environment where user experience, efficiency, and business value are in focus.
Your Responsibilities 🛠️Conduct user studies and needs analyses
Create wireframes, prototypes, and design proposals
Plan and conduct usability tests
Work iteratively with improvements based on feedback and user insights
Participate in demos, workshops, and other agile activities
Collaborate closely with developers and the business to ensure a cohesive user experience
Contribute both independently and as an active part of the team's joint delivery
User-centered design solutions for various platforms
Wireframes and prototypes supporting the development work
Completed usability tests and analysis of user feedback
Documented UX insights and improvement proposals
Active participation in the team's agile development work
Support in requirements gathering and further development of user flows
At least 5 years of documented experience in UX design
Experience with UX work for multiple platforms, e.g., mobile, desktop, or tablet
Documented experience of the entire UX process – from needs gathering to usability testing and feedback handling
Experience with user stories and user story mapping
Experience with agile working methods
Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Swedish citizenship
Experience working with prototyping tools
Knowledge in UI/digital graphic design
Experience planning and leading workshops or design sprints
Experience with requirements analysis work

Security Clearance 🔐The assignment may be subject to security clearance including background checks and security protection agreements according to the Security Protection Act. Swedish citizenship is a requirement.
