Teacher Grades 4-6 for Pajala Municipality

Job Responsibilities

Your role as a teacher includes planning, implementing, and evaluating pedagogical work individually as well as in work teams. You will also need to find strategies to reach each individual student and strengthen them in their knowledge development.

You will be part of a work team consisting of educators, mentors, and resource pedagogues.

In your role, you contribute to creating a secure foundation for our students. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate students to develop their abilities and create opportunities for learning. You should be well-versed in the school's governing documents and familiar with its documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• You are a certified and qualified teacher for grades 4-6.
• You have a structured approach to work and a good ability to design teaching based on students' needs.
• You have a desire to develop in your work and will be active in the school's collegial learning. You are flexible, value collaboration, and are solution-focused.
• Competence in special education is meritorious.

If no qualified teacher applies, an unqualified candidate may be considered for a fixed-term appointment. In that case, a high school diploma is required.
