💼 Your role with us

As a team member at A-omsorg, you will:

• Provide personal care
• Adapt services to each customer's specific needs
• Work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues
• Participate in documentation and reporting

You will become part of a thoughtful and professional team that supports and develops together.

🌟 Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience as a practical nurse or care assistant, preferably within home care
• Are attentive, flexible, and proactive
• Have a good ability to interact with people professionally and empathetically
• Speak and write Swedish fluently
• Are accustomed to digital documentation

⏰ About the position

• Scope: Full-time / Part-time
• Working hours: Day, evening, and weekend (schedule by agreement)
• Compensation: Fixed salary + shift allowance (OB)
