As an employee at the E-pharmacy, you don't wear a lab coat, there are no traditional customer meetings, and you get the opportunity to focus a bit extra on the customer.

Do you want to experience a different kind of customer meeting? At us, the customer meeting takes place via phone and email.

The main focus is to help the customer with advice, order searches, and helping customers find substitutes when articles are out of stock with the supplier. We also help our colleagues out at the pharmacies when their trolleys are not in the right place. We work daily in close dialogue with our colleagues at Customer Service who forward cases that need to be investigated. We also work with the overall control where picking control, shelf-life control, and labeling are performed. The order is then sent on to packing, where the order is packed in final packaging for the customer.

Who are we who work at the E-Pharmacy?

The Pharmacy Department consists of about fifty pharmacists and currently six pharmacy technicians. We are a close-knit group where everyone has different backgrounds within pharmacy, which means we have an incredible amount to learn from each other! At the E-pharmacy in Norrköping, warehouse employees, team leaders, and team managers also work.

We are open every day from 06:00 to 23:00.

Together, all employees at the E-pharmacy work to ensure that logistics at the warehouse function and that our customers are really satisfied with their deliveries from us. Since we don't have any traditional customer meetings, we also have the opportunity to sit down together every day to eat lunch or have a coffee. We look forward to welcoming you to our team!

We are looking for you who are a pharmacy technician with prescription authority. We would like you to have experience in the profession and long to serve our customers. To succeed in the role with us, you are positive, engaged, and thrive in an environment where the pace can occasionally be high. You will work in several different IT systems, so computer proficiency is an advantage. Your passion should be to help the customer get the right advice so that the customer feels well received and taken care of. You are a team player and you have the ability to find solutions in your daily work, and with your good outlook, you are an ambassador for the entire Hjärtat!
